He was predeceased by: his son-in-law Ryan Masters; and his sister-in-law Darla Hurlock. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Phillips Hurlock; his children, Sarah Fradenburgh (Steven), Michelle Ferrell (Floyd) and A. J. Hurlock (Melissa); and his siblings, Margie Evans (Gary), Mike Hurlock and John Hurlock (Trisha). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
