With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Amelia Hyde of Hampton, Virginia, born in Somerville, Massachusetts, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Amelia left this world on February 24, 2025 at the age of 84, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William Peter Hyde; her siblings, Robert, Karen and Theresa; and her son Kevin.
She is survived by: her brothers, John and James; and her children, Laurie, Sheri, Lynne, Rhonda and Peter. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Massachusetts National Cemetery.
