He was predeceased by: his son Michael Kevin Burrell. He is survived by: his wife Marcella Gray Burrell; his children, Marcia E. Little (Jerry) of Newport News, VA, Arthur Ellis Burrell, III (Cherise) of Atlanta, GA, Steven Caldwell Burrell (Marleen) of New Rochelle, NY, Gayle Elise Mealy (Patrick) of Glendale, MD and Kathi Ann Fullwood (Reginald) of Jackson, MS; and his sister Thelma Gwynn (Charles) of Oxon Hill, MD. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, one great grandchild, a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
