She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Taft and Melinda Morris; her siblings, Doris P. Wilson, William Morris, Helen E. Blakey and Freddie T. Morris; her son Rodney S. Morris of Williamsburg, VA; her grandchildren, Rasaan Morris of Greensboro, NC, Yagmur Morris of Williamsburg, VA and Javon Simmons of Greensboro, NC.; and her sisters, Hattie J. Cruger (Lorenzo), Catherine M. Wynne (Charles) and Shirley Morris of Temple Hills, MD.. She was also cherished by Nephews, Nieces, Great-Nephews, Great-Nieces, Great Great-Nephews, Great Great-Nieces, Cousins.
She annually participated in the Alzheimer's Walk for a Cure.
