He was predeceased by: his sons, Jimmy Evans and Donald Evans; and his granddaughter Ashley Evans. He is survived by: his wife Allison Evans; his children, Adam Evans, Christine Evans and Mathew Evans (Paula); and his grandchildren, Landon Evans, Emma Evans and Michelle Evans.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Parklawn Memorial Park (2551 N Armistead Ave, Hampton, VA 23666).
