He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Williams and Margaret Williams; his former wife Linda C. Williams; his sons, Richard T. Williams and Brad C. Williams; and his sister Mary W. Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Katherine S. Williams; his daughters, Ann W. Steveson (Brian) and Selby T Grand (Chris); his grandchildren, Zachary L. Steveson and Ryleigh E. Steveson; his siblings-in-law, Rachel Sevier and Wayne Smith; and his nephew Heath Smith (Sheila). He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
