He is survived by: his wife Helen E. Hooks; his sisters, Josephine Luckey (Bobby) and Candi Johnson (John); his grandchildren, Jazmyne Hooks and Semaj Hooks; and his great grandchildren, Maleek Etheridge and Maleeyah Etheridge. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
