He is survived by: his child Jackie; his siblings, Bonnie Willingham and Richard Willingham; and his grandchildren, Dwayne David Willingham Jr., Jermaine Willingham and Christina Willingham. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews, and close friends.
