He is survived by: his children, Carol Elaine, Randy Jarrell (Melinda), Brandy Kelley (Steven) and Shawn Jarrell; his siblings, Frances Freret (Bobby) and Amos Wesley Jarrell; his mother-in-law Jeanne Rowe; and his grandchildren, Brandon, Tyler, Kyle, Adam, Timothy, Kenneth, Abigail and Trip. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren; many loving nieces and nephews; his beloved dog.
