Conky Sorrell Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Conky Sorrell of Hampton, Virginia, who passed away on April 20, 2024. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Conky Sorrell to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James G. Sorrell and Lena Sorrell; his son David; and his siblings, Jenalee, Ruth, Rene, Gilly and Cat.

He is survived by: his daughters, Denise Scheett (John) and Ellen Sorrell; his grandchildren, Kimberly Folker (Mike), Scott Sorrell (Leann), Joshua Sorrell and Dani Tatum; his great grandchildren, David Sorrell, Kaleb Folker, Jonathan Sorrell, Makenzy Folker and Matthew Sorrell; his pet Sandy; and his friend Bill. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributing to a memorial fund that will provide AA literature and Big Books to newcomers in Conky's name.
