He was predeceased by: his mother Elizabeth Meadows. He is survived by: his father Herbert Meadows; his sons, Keith Meadows Angela (Pamela) and Eric Meadows; his grandchildren, Reghan Meadows, Chase Meadows, Caleb Meadows, Isabella Meadows, Avery Meadows, Colton Fryer, Trace Young and Nicholas Harrell; and his siblings, Debbie Meadows, Dixie Goodwin and Dennis Meadows.
