It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Frederick Barnum of Hampton, Virginia, who passed away on October 15, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Barnum and Ruth Barnum. He is survived by: his sons, Michael (Tifini) and Andrew Barnum; his siblings, Theresa Bancroft, Roberta Boeh (Tim) and Patrick Barnum (Linda); his niece Ruthanne Scheiner (Brian); and his nephew James Bancroft (Sara).

In lieu of flowers the family asks any donations in his name to be made to the Special Olympics Area 2 or the American Cancer Society.
