He was predeceased by: his parent Dewey M. Ware, Sr.; and his wife Fayola May Ware. He is survived by: his parent Minnie Busby Ware; his children, Alaina Byrd (Rodney), Dawna Womack, Robert Womack (Lorie) of Elk City, OK, Verlan Womack of Oklahoma City, OK and John E. Ware of Kansas; his grandchildren, Brooke Byrd, Leisa Womack, Lorri McLeod, Jason Womack, Stacey Powell and Morgan Everts; and his nieces and nephews, Ray Wilder and Ernest Wilder.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Wounded Warriors Foundation.
