She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Well Minshew and Bessie Eugenia Yelverton Minshew; and her husband Carlton Wayne Harrell. She is survived by: her daughters, Melodee Malone (John) of Virginia Beach, VA and Kimberly Webber (Charles) of Hampton, VA; her sister Vickie Sawyer (Wayne) of Raleigh, NC; and her grandchildren, Lilee, Logan, Aidan, Austin and Adalee Malone.
