It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Phillips of Hampton, Virginia, who passed away on May 25, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harold C. Smith and Antoinette R. Smith Jenkins; her husband Stephen Phillips; her children, Donovan Hindle, Jennifer Mimms and Jessica Allen; her brother Albert Smith; her nieces and nephews, Debraann Smith, Anthony Smith, Albert Smith and Michael Smith; her aunt Claire Clark; her cousins, Daryl, Dwayne, Debbie and David; her uncle William Yestueda (Bill); and her cousins, Mary, Susan, Linda and Bill.
