She is survived by: her children, Tyrone J. Thomas, Bonita R. Chapman and Michael K. Thomas; her grandchildren, Kwanda L. Tucker, Adia G. Ware, Nicole O. Thomas, Ashley B. Torres Avila, Duane E. Chapman and Adrian G. Chapman; her great great grandchild Amari J. Poole; and her husband John W. Thomas Jr.. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
