He is survived by: his children, Gale Eugene Moreland (Shirley Patreice) of Hampton, VA, Sandra Lee Barnett (Johnny O. Barnett) and Ann Katheryn Bullock (Leamon E. Bullock) of Hampton, VA. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren; two great- great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
