Frances L. Williams Obituary

She was predeceased by: her son Gary Williams; her parents, Mable Brown and Leonard Brown; and her siblings, Joe Lescure Jr. and Connie.
She is survived by: her husband Ralph Williams; her daughter Sherry Berkley (Art); her son-in-law Jim Ellis; her grandchildren, Jeff Williams (Sarah), Lindsay Feggans (Reece), Valerie Westheimer (Matt) and Tori Eleonora (Kenny); and her siblings, Pat Poslik (Joe) and Dana Brown (Lorraine). She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (2150 Cunningham Dr, Hampton, VA 23666). A burial was held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Parklawn Memorial Park (2551 N Armistead Ave, Hampton, VA 23666).
