He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Sochor and Francis Sochor; and his brothers, Thomas Sochor and Francis Sochor Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Debra Farmer; his children, John Sochor (Claudia), Catherine Curtis (Chawn), Sarah Shack and Robert Farmer; and his grandchildren, Julia (Cole), Melissa, Skye-Lyne, Krista (Joshua), Joseph, Kemba (Alder), Keziah, Abby (Roscoe), Lyllian and Bethany (Ammar). He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
