It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jackeline Goninan of Hampton, Virginia, born in Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on November 25, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandson Jacob Allen Kilgore; and her husband Irving Goninan. She is survived by: her children, Susan Garrett and William R. Joyce; her siblings, Frances Richardson and Robert Richardson (Ethel); her grandchildren, Rachel Hill, Phillip Kilgore, Katelyn Garrett, Aaron Garrett, Jacob Garrett and Veronika Joyce; and her great grandchildren, Allison, Jasmine, Paige, Caleb, Brandon and Paxxton.
