He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, John (Tonya), Jim (Leslie), Doug (Jessica), Jennifer Johnson (Jordan) and Kelly Wood (Justin); and his sister Holly Phillips (Randy). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
