She was predeceased by: her husband John Andrew Kelpin. She is survived by: her son John David Kelpin; her sister Marjorie B. "Boots" Long; her nieces, Deborah Long and Nancy Corbett (Wes); her nephew James B. Long (Connie); and her great-niece Sydney Salsbury (Andrew).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a love contribution be made to Buckroe Baptist Church in honor of Jean.
