She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Moore and Martha Moore. She is survived by: her husband Calvin Durward Wade; her brothers, Eric and Bob Moore; her son Robby Wade; her brother Richard Carlos Moore (Carol); her children, Marty Wade (Melissa), Tony Wade, Jimmy Wade and Tammy Williamson; her grandchildren, Tania Slusser, Kenny Williamson, Amanda Oszust, Jason Wade, Jessica Weaver, Nick Wade, Calvin Wade, Cora Wade and Connor Wade; and her great grandchildren, Victoria Sheets, AlexisWilliamson, Peyton Slusser, Kylee Williamson, Reagan Oszust, Lilly Slusser, Zane Oszust, Addison Slusser, Kingston Wade, Wyatt Wade, Sophie Wade, Kolton Williamson and David Williamson.
