He is survived by : his significant other Brittany L. Clipper; his mother Priscilla Whalen; his stepfather Floyd Whalen; his father John Piper Sr.; his stepmother Vicki Jones; his children, Jayden Piper, Daylon Piper and Addelynn Piper; and his siblings, Shannon Dumlao, Cody Piper and LeAnn Piper. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other family and friends.

A reception will be held on Sunday, May 5th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Gosnold's Hope Park (901 Little Back River Rd, Hampton, VA 23669).
