He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Raboteau and Lillian Cospelich Raboteau; his wife Merrion Louise Bowser; his children, Helen, Michelle and Dewayne; his granddaughter Laura Renee; and his great grandchild Mason.
He is survived by: his siblings, Clothile Raboteau-Ishem, Edward, Edgar, Eldridge, Emily Hudson and Vincent Raboteau; and his brother-in-law Albert Bowser, Jr..
Viewing was held on Friday, August 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Perkins Funeral Home (251 W Queen St, Hampton, VA 23669). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Rose of Lima and the Korean Martyrs Catholic Church (2114 Bay Ave, Hampton, VA 23661). A burial was held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at the Hampton Memorial Gardens (155 Butler Farm Rd, Hampton, VA 23666).
