He was predeceased by: his parents, Manford Cunningham and Bonnie Cunningham; his brother Paul Cunningham; and his son Amando Pacultad. He is survived by: his wife Leony. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Smith Brothers Funeral Home (545 E Mercury Blvd, Hampton, VA 23663). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
