He is survived by: his mother Sandra Dixon (Sandy) of Pella, Iowa; his siblings, Rhonda Mostovyck (Mark) and Randy Dixon (Kim) of Bloomfield, Iowa; and his nieces and nephews, Alexander Mostovyck, Stefan Mostovyck, Josh Dixon, Jared Dixon, Jace Dixon, Jayden Dixon and Sophia Mostovyck.
