He was predeceased by: his mother Irene. He is survived by: his father Patrick; his brother Shaun (Dina); and his close friends, David and Ken. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the American Heart Society or a charity of choice.
