He was predeceased by: his parents, Leverett White Sr. and Elizabeth White (Barker); his daughter Linda White; his wife Dorothy White (Russell); his stepson Maxie Russell Sr.; and his siblings, Alma Mitchell, Vernon "Cake" White and Hugh "Mate" White.
He is survived by: his children, Wendell White, Ralph White and Peggy Evans; his stepsons, Jeffrey Slade (Darlene) and Kevin Russell (Cynthia); his siblings, Shirley Dennis, Donald White (Shannon), Michael White (Jean) and Irving White (Sarah); and his close friend Lucredia Eason. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
