She is survived by: her husband Richard Williams; her daughter Jennifer Williams (Maggie); her granddaughters, Rachel Rochelle (John) and Ashley Balmoja (Brock); and her siblings, LeRoy Parr, Teresa Parr, LaDonna Parr and Teena Long (Michael). She is also survived by many family members and friends.

A committal service will be held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Parklawn Memorial Park (2551 N Armistead Ave, Hampton, VA 23666).
