She was predeceased by: her fathers, Aaron VanOteghem and Derek VanOteghem (Kelly). She is survived by: her grandchildren, Zuzu and Evie VanOteghem; and her siblings, David Smith (Denise), Leanne Hutton (Albert) and Christine Cuchra (Robert). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
