“I didn't know Montalvo too personally but I remember the couple's hangouts we had a few times in Hampton. We (Msgt. Kelley and I) had a couple of cookouts at our place and invited the Montalvos and we all went out a couple of times too. Montalvo ALWAYS had me laughing!!!! He was FUNNY! I'm so shocked and too sad to even describe right now. Not Montalvo; not him. I can't help but cry! THIS IS SO SAD!! I wish it was all a nightmare that all of us could wake up from. I hope his spirit is at peace.”
