He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Carter Robinson of Hampton and Betty Pearl Robinson (Nairne) of Brooklyn, N. Y.; his brother Alvin Robinson Sr.; his stepdaughter Rasheedah Nefreesa Ali Huff; his godmother Dorthy; and his god-sister Loretta "Gail" Johnson.
He is survived by: his son Marcus Hannibal Robinson; his wife Leah Robinson; his nieces and nephews, Alvin Robinson Jr., Terrace Robinson, Tamara Robinson and Taliltha Robinson; his sisters-in-law, Eunice Robinson, Betty Finlayson, Arnett Finlayson and Julia Finlayson; and his extended family, Kathy Fields, Phyillis Rodgers and Michele Hill. He is also survived by grandnieces, grandnephews.
