She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold T. Taylor and Edna M. Hill Taylor; and her husband James S. Meadows. She is survived by: her children, Jim (Pam) of Poquoson, VA, Steve (Christine) of Virginia Beach, VA, Pamela of Charlottesville, VA and Dave (Debbie) of Daytona Beach, FL.; her grandchildren, Chris, Sam, Mark, Dusty and Dylan; her stepgrandchildren, Chris and Dara; and her sister Elaine Woznek. She is also survived by three step-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the American Red Cross, Easterseals, or Franklin Graham's Samaritan's Purse.
