With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rene Allen (Hampton, Virginia), born in Newport News, Virginia, who passed away on April 11, 2024 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Senetta Allen and Willard James Allen; and her sister Sandra Allen-Blizzard. She is survived by : her niece Tarika Lolita Green; her sister Brenda Andrews; her brother-in-law Obediah Andrews, Jr.; and her nieces and nephews, Ashani Cherry (Shawn) and Micah Andrews (Kaitlyn). She is also survived by nieces, grandnieces, nephews, grandnephew, cousins, close friends.

Viewing was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Perkins Funeral Home (251 W Queen St, Hampton, VA 23669). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
