He is survived by: his mother Winnie Sue Carpenter (Sandford); his daughter Meranda Cruz; his granddaughter Hartleigh Cruz; his stepmother Linda Brown; his stepsiblings, Billy, Tracy Creech and Lisa Marie; and also, Toni, George, Richard and Brenda. He is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
