He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Mae and Richard William Mull Sr.; and his siblings, Shirley L. Mintz and Richard William Mull Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Carol M. Owens and Michael M. Mull. He is also survived by many nieces, great nieces, nephews, and great nephews.
