Maxwell Jr., Anthony Todd Maxwell, Michaels Maxwell Sr. and Kelvin Orlando Maxwell; her sister Dorothy Ward Plummer; her grandchildren, Syniah Maxwell Banks, Emiesha Maxwell, Krista Maxwell, Cynnamyn Maxwell, Diamond Maxwell, Tanisha Maxwell, Tamarius Maxwell III, Mykala Maxwell, Michaels Maxwell Jr., Marcus Rainey Jr. and Tiara Sapp; and her great grandchildren, Xiomeria Royal, Dakota Maxwell, Kailani Maxwell, Wynter Maxwell, Xavier Banks Maxwell, Raelynn Banks, Royce Banks, Melah Swift, Roman Swift, Xariyah Swift and Ah'Mir Car.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Ivy Baptist Church (50 Maple Ave, Newport News, VA 23607).
