He was predeceased by: his mother Jane Alice Swindler. He is survived by: his wife Christy Swindler; his daughters, Janie Hope and Justine Faith; his father Sam Swindler; his stepmother Gloria; his sister Melissa (Jeff Sprague); his nephew Drew (Savannah FitzMaurice); and his great-nephew Luke.
