She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Lehman; her children, Chris Sewell (Helen) of Tullahoma and Scott Sewell (Elna) of West Point; her stepsons, Tom Lehman of North Carolina and Brian Lehman of Northern Virginia; her grandchildren, Patrick Sewell, Irene Sewell Thomas (Brian), Steve Sewell, Devin Sewell Yost (Carl), Dylan Sewell and Rebekah Lehman; her great grandchildren, Cadence Sewell, Clara Sewell, Christopher Sewell and Conner Yost; and her sisters, Glenda Payne of Phoenix City and Christine Harris of Mobile, Alabama..

In lieu of flowers, Sandy requested that donations be made to the Liberty Live Navajo Mission offering.
