He is survived by: his wife Jasmine Kaschalk; his sons, Thomas Kaschalk, Jr. (Lisa Kaschalk) and Anthony Kaschalk (Shane Locklear); his grandchildren, Dylan Rosati, Lydia Kaschalk, Thomas Kaschalk III, Travis Kaschalk and Tyler Kaschalk; his brothers, Robert Phelps (Belinda Phelps), Frank Phelps and Mark Phelps (Berdi Sakach); and his pets, Biz and Charlie.
