She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Hill and Bernice Hill; her husbands, Leroy White and Samuel Lee Taylor; her grandson Shaune L. Coffey; and her siblings, James Hill, Robert Hill, Donald Hill, David Miller Jr., Alphonso Miller Sr., Reginald Miller and Pearl Thacker.

She is survived by: her children, Jacqueline Holmes (Jeffrey), Samuel L. Taylor Jr. (Lillian), Henry Taylor and Gregory White; her granddaughter Shelia Johnson; her siblings, Judson Miller, Bertana Christian and Geraldine Burton (William); and her grandchildren, David, Derek, Samuel III, Damien, Leslie, Nikki M, Casey, Kamisha, Joshua and Nikki P. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and dear family friends.
