Violet Phelps Cole Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 18, 2022, Violet Phelps Cole of Hampton, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Phelps and Hilda Phelps; and her brother Joseph Phelps Jr. Born. She is also survived by 6 children, 16 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
