He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Pollard and Rosabelle Pollard. He is survived by: his wife Melinda Ballew; his children, Megan (Jeff) and Troy (Jackie); his grandchildren, Carleigh, Jude, Lennon, Rooney and Taylor; and his sisters, Libby Green, Joyce Ballew, Kay Rook and Amy Metivier. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and friends.
