He is survived by: his wife Peggy Plummer; his daughters, Tresha Bouldin and Stacey Plummer-Payne; his grandchildren, Emalie Sharp, Tony Bouldin, Erykah Payne-Plattner, Marcus Bouldin and Danica Payne; his parents, Ann Plummer and Russell Plummer; and his brothers, David and Joseph Plummer.
