It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Randolph Frazier of Hanover, Virginia, who passed away on January 22, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his son Randall Joseph Frazier. He is survived by : his wife Rev. Ruth Frazier; his daughters, Andrea Frazier Warren (Samuel Jr.) and Jacquetta Frazier Craig; and his siblings, Rosa Lee Goode, Shirley Wells, Helen Chavis (John), Linda Frazier, John Frazier (Wilhelmina) and David Frazier (Rena). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins; three sisters- in- law; three brothers- in- law; and other relatives and friends.
