He is survived by: his parents, Cheryl Hall Capehart (David) and Edward W Braxton Jr. (Joyce); his children, Tashia Reneé, King Edward Braxton, Jayla (Riyah Rashea) and Carla Mills; his siblings, Wakita Pollard (Donté), James H Wilburn II (April), Corey G Wilburn and Courtney J Wilburn (Kate); his aunts, Lynette Davis and Carolyn Alston (Gary); his uncle Robert Braxton (Lucy); his cousins, Gabriel Braxton, Arshylle and Taronica Kenny; and his fiancé Shawn Tucker. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Monday, May 11th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Henry W. Dabney Funeral Home (518 N Washington Hwy, Ashland, VA 23005). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 at the Williams Cemetery.
