He is survived by : his sons, Melvin Kelly, Jr. (Trudy) and Edward Kelly; his sister Thelma "Booty" Kelly Adkins; his stepdaughter Deborah Lindsay (Scott); his former life partner Margaret "Peggy" Kelly; his granddaughter Linda Marie Kelly Foutopoulous (Taki); and his great grandchildren, Tommy, Leo, Costa and Mia.
