He was predeceased by: his parents, Joel Mines and Margaret Mines. He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Mines, John Mines and Thelma Robb; his friends, Mitchell, Royal Arch Mason, Knight of Templer and Scottish Rite Mason; his children, David Fields, Jr. (Stacey), Mark Mines (Lydia), Muriel Mines and Tracey Lamb (Timothy); and his grandchildren, Wesley, McKenzie, Trevor, Madison, Taylor, Marleigh and Mark II. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren; three siblings, six sisters-in-law and three brothers-in-law, a host of nieces, nephews.
