We are sad to announce that on June 20, 2025, at the age of 89, Mitchell E. Mines of Hanover, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Mitchell shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Mitchell farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
Viewing will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Henry W. Dabney Funeral Home (518 N Washington Hwy, Ashland, VA 23005). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Providence Baptist Church (9491 Providence Church Rd, Ashland, VA 23005). A burial will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at the same location.
