He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Martin; his parents, Edward Martin and Virginia Sweeney; his stepfather George E. "Ed" Sweeney; and his brother Donald E. Martin.
He is survived by: his children, Robert D. "Bobby" Martin (Kem Short) and Lorri Quesenberry (Freddie); his grandchildren, Brandi M. Martin (Ethan) and Wyatt L. Martin; his stepbrothers, Edward L. Sweeney and Wayne Sweeney (Kathy); and his godson David Gill (Dee). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
